We were having 60 degree weather today. While having my coffee on the deck this morning I saw an awesome sight that reminded me of a Network Organization I could achieve.
Geese were flying so low over the lake. They fly in such order and there were too many for me to count. There is a leader and the others follow in such an organized order and don't stray off track. How smoothly they stay in form and what focus until they reach their destination...(usually my yard.) The honking they do is their form of communication with each other.
I started thinking of my Primary Business and what they teach us...to stay focused, stay organized and to build a team to follow. We just need to do more honking with each other and not reply on the system or our computer to do all the work for us. We need to get back to basic and build relationships. We are all about sharing and helping one another to reach our success.
